We hope you had an amazing time with us at the Gendarmenmarkt playing the flashmob! The finalised video will unfortunately take a few weeks to be developed (we expect it end of July) so stay tuned and check this page regulary for updates.
Here is a mp3 that explains how we start the flashmob:

Our teaser is ready! Watch it here and join us!
On Sunday 11 March 2018 eight women from the two orchestras hit the streets of Berlin!
Every opportunity was used to turn objects on the way into a drum kit, to jam together with street musicians, and to test the metro acoustics with some cool sounds.
The result of this urban adventure - our very own flashmob teaser - will soon be available online!
On the day of the flashmob itself (17 June 2018) Kerstin Polte and her film team will be there as well to make a wonderful video of our flashmob.
Together with Dagmar Jäger, Kerstin Polte was the force behind the witty, touching, honest (and award-winning!) documentary “Kein Zickenfox” about the Berlin Women´s Concert Band. You can order the DVD with us!
We are looking forward to seeing you on 17 June at 3pm at the Gendarmenmarkt!
More about Kerstin Polte:
“Sookee - Von Seepferdchen und Schränken” (“Sookee - about sea horses and closets”), a multi-layered and intimate documentary portrait of Sookee, a Berlin-based queer-feminist rapper and leftist activist, who relentlessly battles against sexism, homophobia, and racism in the German hip hop scene.
Early May 2018 will be the release of Kerstin Polte´s film “Wer hat eigentlich die Liebe erfunden?” (“Who actually invented love?”). Congratulations from us all!
The film will be part of the Achtung Berlin Festival´s film competition and will be screened on the evening of 15 April 2018 at the Babylon cinema in Berlin Mitte. The team, including the actors and director Kerstin Polte herself, will be present.
The official premiere will take place on 4 May at Toni & Tonino. After the screening, the film´s fantastic musicians, under direction of Hannes Gwisdek, are scheduled to play. The team, including actors and director, will be present as well.
